This kind of stuff is a little over my head most of what I got, I copied from blackstarsquad.proboards.com battlestar Galactica costume club I copied what I thought would work for us.. we are not big enough for the rest.. not sure where to go from here. Gunna need lots of help with this.

Would you please elaborate on the above? May I take it to mean that this only applies to photos submitted? Also, does canon include the comics or just "Firefly" and "Serenity"?

I am not sure how to elaborate more on this.. but yes basically pictures submitted and members behavior when representing "The 'Verse". I am trying to find a way to protect "The 'Verse", but still allow members to have some freedoms.
Canon will include the comics also.

When is a member considered "on duty"? I don't generally drink alcohol, but most of my Browncoat friends do, especially at cons.

On duty would be if we had a booth at a con and said member was representing us at the con. Or a event where we are trying to raise money for a charity..
but after the Con or after partys.. would be off duty.
there is some give here too, but of course we dont want someone drunk causing problems saying they are part of "the 'Verse" making us look bad..
